Wine List
When choosing the wines for our new list, we decided to put together
a broad selection of personal favourites rather than a formulaic assortment
of familiar names and run-of-the-mill drinking from well-known growers.
It's a very distinctive choice, including a big selection that can be
explored by the glass as well as some very unusual pedigree vintages
from around the world.
The list begins with more than a half a dozen house selections. Beyond
that, we have divided the whites and reds into geographical groups,
rather than simply listing the cheapest bottles first.
We hope this will encourage you explore the by-ways of the list. We can personally endorse everything on the list, but a few deserve to be singled out as special recommendations. We hope you will enjoy and appreciate the list as much as we do.
